Who these terms are with

This website is operated by PB Technologies Limited, a New Zealand company, trading as PB Tech Managed Services. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The pricing on this site

We publish our rates because we think that should be normal, and the figures shown are the same rate card we submit in a tender. Two honest qualifications apply.

• The calculator is an estimate, not a quote. It is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A binding price comes from a written proposal following a scoping call, once seat and device counts are validated.
• The published band is 60 to 300 seats. Pricing is calibrated for organisations of that size and a standard environment. Unusual site footprints, regulated environments or non-standard requirements may change the number, and we will tell you at the scoping call rather than after you have signed.

All figures are in New Zealand Dollars and exclude GST. Microsoft licensing, hardware and scoped project work are charged separately, at cost plus an agreed and disclosed margin. Modules marked as scoped are priced against your actual estate. Rates are indexed annually to CPI under a signed agreement.

We may change published pricing at any time. A change here does not alter the rates in an agreement already signed.

Service levels shown here

The response and restore targets published on this site are the targets in our standard service schedule. They become commitments, with the associated service credits, only under a signed agreement. Nothing on this website creates a service level obligation on its own.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or omission. Statistics describing our business are accurate as at the effective date above. Figures describing typical ticket volumes are illustrative, drawn from organisations of a similar size and profile, and are confirmed against your actual environment at the scoping call.

Intellectual property

The content, design, branding and code of this site are owned by PB Technologies Limited or used with permission. You may read, print and share this site for the purpose of evaluating our services. You may not republish it, sell it, or present it as your own. Third party names and marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the products we manage.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw it without notice. This website carries no service level.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where you are acquiring services for the purposes of a business, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply to the extent permitted by that Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
